Coach Aaron is a sportsman since his teenage years.  From playing competitive volleyball games to racing the marathons, triathlons and adventure racings and to becoming a coach, he has accumulated tremendous experience in multi sports racing and coaching.  This page shares the racing highlights of Coach Aaron.

Aaron has more than 20 years of Triathlon racing experience.
